We are a charity to help children, teenagers and young adults who have undiagnosed forms of mental distress such as stress, anxiety or depression. We provide practical and emotional support to young people and their families through befriending and mentoring services in a person-centred way.

Our Programs

Our mentoring programme is available to young people, aged 11-25, struggling to manage their mood or who need some extra support dealing with emotional/stressful situations. We also provide Mood Management Training, Drama Workshops and Teacher Training.
